All athletes trying out must be registered with Arbiter, have a physical uploaded and complete concussion training.

Wrestling (Boys and Girls)

Practice Schedule

Boys and girls wrestling practice will begin Nov. 9 and will be held daily from 2:30-4:30 p.m.

On “Gas Tank Tuesdays” — when the team does not compete Monday or Wednesday — practice will be held from 2:30-5:30 p.m.

Use the Wrestling Google Calendar to view practices and competitions. The calendar will update automatically as schedules change.

Important Information

There are no cuts. Athletes who remain with the program and do not have three unexcused absences will be on the team.

If the team becomes too large for the wrestling room, practices may be adjusted to provide separate JV and varsity/No. 2 practice times.

Parent Meeting and Final Wrestle-Offs

Nov. 30
6-9 p.m.
Main gym

The final wrestle-offs will establish the initial varsity starters and depth charts for each weight class.
